Section 2 Update
Development of Section 2 (Magnolia Bend Estates) is underway. The Board of Directors for Magnolia Bend HOA has had numerous meetings with the Developer over the last year or so to reach agreements regarding the annexation of Section 2.
Negotiations and conversations with the Developer and Builder are ongoing and the attorneys for Magnolia Bend HOA are directly involved with these negotiations and conversations.
We will provide updates as we progress with our negotiations.
